The role:
As a Risk Coordinator, you will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of risk management and business continuity strategies across the organisation. Your hands-on approach will involve providing expert advice, conducting risk assessments, and partnering with internal teams to ensure risks are identified and mitigated effectively. You will also facilitate business continuity exercises, develop policies, and support continuous improvement initiatives, contributing directly to operational excellence and strategic objectives. This role requires collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and emergency planning committees, to uphold robust practices aligned with legislative requirements.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in risk management or a related discipline
- Proven experience in risk and business continuity management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Excellent organisational, communication, and report-writing abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and risk management systems
- Current driver’s licence and National Police Clearance (within six months)
