On offer:
- Salary circa $143k (if non clinical) or 146k (clinical RN or EN) + Superannuation

The role:
As Residential Manager, you will lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver personalised, high-quality care for up to 100 residents.
Your leadership will ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards while fostering a positive, vibrant environment that values respect and dignity. You will build strong connections with residents, families, and staff, driving continuous improvement and change management initiatives. Managing budgets, staff development, risk assessments, and safety programs will be integral to your role. This position is perfect for a motivated leader with a background in aged care, health, disability, or similar human services sectors, eager to make a real difference.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in business, leadership, or clinical disciplines (AHPRA registration desirable)
- Proven leadership and change management skills
- Strong financial planning and reporting abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Successful National Police Clearance and Bankruptcy checks
