The role:
Lead a dedicated team in delivering personalised aged care within a culturally rich and community-focused environment. You’ll ensure compliance with quality standards while fostering strong relationships with residents, families, and local Traditional Owners.
Your leadership will inspire and support staff to provide care that honours identity, family, and cultural traditions, all set against the stunning backdrop of the East Kimberley. Managing budgets, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining an inclusive atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in business, leadership, or clinical disciplines (AHPRA registration desirable)
- Deep respect for Aboriginal culture and experience in culturally responsive care
- Proven leadership and change management skills
- Strong financial planning and reporting abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Successful National Police Clearance and Bankruptcy checks
