The Role

Our client is seeking a Registered Psychologist Team Leader to join their growing multidisciplinary clinic on a full-time basis.

This is a varied role combining clinical responsibilities with leadership and mentorship of a small team of Registered and Provisional Psychologists. The successful candidate will work with a diverse client caseload while contributing to a collaborative and growth-focused team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing mentorship, supervision and guidance to psychologists within the team
  • Supporting case formulation, treatment planning and professional development
  • Delivering high-quality psychological assessment and intervention services
  • Contributing to service development, quality improvement and best-practice initiatives
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health environment
  • Building a positive, supportive and client-centred team culture
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist
  • Experience, or a strong interest in leadership, supervision or mentoring
  • Passion for delivering high-quality client care within private practice
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Professional, proactive and team-focused approach
  • Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • Valid WWCC, NDIS Worker Clearance and Police Check
