Our client is seeking a Registered Psychologist Team Leader to join their growing multidisciplinary clinic on a full-time basis.
This is a varied role combining clinical responsibilities with leadership and mentorship of a small team of Registered and Provisional Psychologists. The successful candidate will work with a diverse client caseload while contributing to a collaborative and growth-focused team culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing mentorship, supervision and guidance to psychologists within the team
- Supporting case formulation, treatment planning and professional development
- Delivering high-quality psychological assessment and intervention services
- Contributing to service development, quality improvement and best-practice initiatives
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health environment
- Building a positive, supportive and client-centred team culture
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist
- Experience, or a strong interest in leadership, supervision or mentoring
- Passion for delivering high-quality client care within private practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Professional, proactive and team-focused approach
- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Valid WWCC, NDIS Worker Clearance and Police Check
