The role:
As a Registered Nurse in this aged care setting, you will provide personalised, high-quality clinical care that promotes dignity and independence for each resident. You will work closely with a dedicated nursing team to deliver safe medication administration, accurate documentation, and comprehensive resident assessments tailored to individual needs.
This role requires a compassionate, person-first approach while upholding professional standards and contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives. You may also supervise and support care staff, volunteers, and students in delivering optimal care outcomes.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience or strong interest in aged care settings preferred
- Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards is desirable
- Strong time management and documentation skills
- National Police Clearance issued within the last six months
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Evidence of required vaccinations (influenza and COVID preferred)
