As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-level clinical care, including assessment, medication administration, wound management, and end-of-life support.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans that ensure both safety and dignity. Leadership is key, as you’ll coordinate and supervise care provided by enrolled nurses and personal care workers while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements. Your compassionate approach and critical thinking skills will be essential in managing residents' health and wellbeing daily.
- Current AHPRA registration
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
