The Role
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, patient-centred clinical care to residents. This position involves supervising and supporting care teams, overseeing clinical assessments and care planning, managing medication, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. You will play a key role in promoting best practice, continuous improvement, and a culture of dignity and respect.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in Aged Care or Home Care highly desirable
- Experience living and working in regional/remote areas is highly desirable
- Current Police Check
- Great communication, problem solving and clinical skills
