The Role
This role will be a rotating roster of AM/PM shifts. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to aged care residents, working within your scope of practice under clinical leadership. Responsibilities include clinical assessments, care planning, medication administration, documentation, coordination with external health professionals, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring care staff and contributing to a safe and compliant care environment.
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current Police Clearance, BLS and Covid Vax
- Strong clinical skills in chronic and acute care
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
- Aged care experience (desirable)
