As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing. You will collaborate closely with the care team and other health professionals, coordinate care plans, and contribute to a positive, person-centred environment shaped by respect and compassion. Your nursing expertise will support both residents and staff through effective supervision, mentoring, and adherence to best practice standards and regulatory requirements.
You will also contribute to clinical documentation, maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and support the operational objectives, including funding validations and safety practices.
Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Proven experience in nursing, ideally within aged care or related clinical settings
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to person-centred care and continuous professional development
- Ability to supervise and mentor staff, manage time effectively, and work independently
- Willingness to undergo National Criminal History Check
