The Role

Our client is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality community nursing services. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive safe, personalised care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting assessments and creating tailored care plans for individual clients.
  • Monitoring and responding to changes in vital signs and overall health status.
  • Administering medications, injections, wound care, and other treatments.
  • Supporting clients with chronic disease management, dementia care, continence, and palliative care.
  • Collaborating with doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff to provide holistic care.
  • This role is ideal for nurses passionate about aged care and community health, and who thrive in flexible, home-based, and community-focused settings.

Criteria

To be successful, you will have:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Knowledge of clinical practice and aged care quality standards.
  • Experience or strong interest in community-based aged care.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to person-centred care and empathy for the elderly.
  • Awareness of WHS requirements, infection control, and reporting obligations.
