The Role
Our client is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality community nursing services. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive safe, personalised care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and creating tailored care plans for individual clients.
- Monitoring and responding to changes in vital signs and overall health status.
- Administering medications, injections, wound care, and other treatments.
- Supporting clients with chronic disease management, dementia care, continence, and palliative care.
- Collaborating with doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff to provide holistic care.
- This role is ideal for nurses passionate about aged care and community health, and who thrive in flexible, home-based, and community-focused settings.
Criteria
To be successful, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge of clinical practice and aged care quality standards.
- Experience or strong interest in community-based aged care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to person-centred care and empathy for the elderly.
- Awareness of WHS requirements, infection control, and reporting obligations.
