As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for delivering expert clinical care tailored to each resident’s needs. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing interventions, liaise effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. Your role will also involve supervising team members, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with aged care standards.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing and registration with AHPRA as a Division 1 Nurse
- Understanding of AN-ACC and Residential Aged Care Standards
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Valid Victorian Driver’s License (if applicable)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with health regulations
