The Role:
Our client, is seeking a Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join their purpose-driven psychology practice in Gledswood Hills. This is a permanent position created due to an internal team member commencing maternity leave, offering a rare opportunity to join a passionate, growing team for the long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessment, formulation, and treatment to clients.
- Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships, ensuring a client-centred approach.
- Manage an interest-based caseload aligned with your clinical passions (e.g., ADHD, eating disorders, mood disorders).
- Accurately maintain documentation with built-in admin time and AI note-taking support.
- Participate in individual and group supervision and contribute to peer learning.
- Collaborate with the admin team for efficient booking, billing, and scheduling.
- Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to service innovation.
- Actively support the wellbeing and culture of the team.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered or Clinical Psychologist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centred mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based interventions.
- Commitment to professional development and reflective practice.
