The role:
As Manager Quality Assurance, you will lead independent audits, reviews, and continuous quality improvement processes to ensure frontline adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation.
You will collaborate closely with operational managers and frontline teams, building a culture of compliance and excellence. Your role will include developing audit schedules, assessing services, advising stakeholders, and supporting regulatory assessments, all aimed at maintaining accreditation and enhancing care outcomes.
You will also oversee corrective action plans, coordinate document control processes, and analyse quality indicators to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential, as you will work with internal teams, regulators, and external partners to ensure compliance and effective communication.
Requirements:- Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA registration (highly desired)
- Extensive knowledge of aged care standards and relevant legislation
- Proven experience in compliance, audit, and risk management
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Current driver’s licence and recent National Police Clearance
