The Role
Our client is seeking a Registered Psychologist to join a growing and supportive private practice in Sydney. This opportunity is ideal for psychologists with 1–2 years of post-registration experience who are confident in clinical practice and looking to continue developing their skills within a collaborative and well-supported environment.
The role allows psychologists to build a caseload aligned with their clinical interests while working within a framework that prioritises clinician wellbeing and sustainable workloads.
Psychologists will be supported by a strong administrative team and experienced clinicians, allowing them to focus primarily on delivering high-quality therapeutic services.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy

Managing a diverse caseload tailored to clinical interests

Providing therapy across a range of mental health presentations

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and reports

Participating in supervision, peer consultation and professional development

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality client care
Requirements

Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist

Approximately 1–2 years post-registration experience (ideal but not essential)

Strong commitment to evidence-based practice
