As Principal Psychologist, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of clinical services. Around 30% of your role will involve conducting assessments and providing interventions for complex clients, with the remainder focused on delivering high-quality leadership and support.
Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, and AOD specialists.

Overseeing offence-specific and offence-related interventions.

Contributing to the development of evidence-based programs that promote wellbeing and rehabilitation.

Balancing clinical expertise with operational oversight to drive positive outcomes in a secure but supportive environment.

RequirementsThe successful candidate will bring:

Current registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA.

Proven experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff.
