- Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Health Administration, Practice Management or related field
- Experience in practice management, healthcare administration or a similar leadership role
- Experience managing administrative staff and operational systems
- Strong understanding of allied health, disability, healthcare or community services environments
- Experience with practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Financial management and reporting experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to client-centred service delivery and continuous improvement
