Role
: As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in managing a caseload of clients, largely working with individuals in Supported Independent Living settings. You will be responsible for developing and implementing behavioural support plans and facilitating training sessions in behaviour management strategies. Your work will help individuals achieve their lifelong goals while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- NDIS registered practitioner signed off at core or proficient level
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex cases and adhere to best practices
- Vehicle, license & willingness to travel to see clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
