Role Overview: As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of complex clients across the lifespan, including visiting clients in Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings. Working closely with a specialist clinical lead, you will deliver PBS services, develop behaviour support plans, and collaborate with internal and external specialists to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Must be signed off as a Core Practitioner minimum
- Comfortable managing complex clients
- Willingness to travel regionally occasionally
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- NDIS registered practitioner with valid additional NDIS checks
