The role:
As a Physiotherapist, you will provide evidence-based assessment and intervention to support patients’ health and well-being. You’ll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored care plans, support self-management, and encourage participation from patients and their families. Your role will involve community visits, documentation, and case reviews to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Willingness to travel for work
- Appropriate checks including NDIS Worker Screening and Police Check
- Professional indemnity insurance
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate
