The Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join their allied health team delivering high-quality services within aged care and community settings.
This is a mobile, community-based role supporting older Australians in their homes and residential care facilities. You will play a key role in empowering clients to improve mobility, strength, balance and overall independence through evidence-based, person-centred physiotherapy interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
- Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans
- Delivering tailored interventions in community, in-home and residential aged care settings
- Supporting clients with mobility, strength, balance, pain management and functional goals
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families and support coordinators
- Maintaining accurate documentation, outcome tracking and quality-focused practice
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and best-practice care
Criteria
- Qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care, community health or mobile service delivery (preferred)
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and commitment to evidence-based practice
- Ability to deliver person-centred, goal-oriented care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid Australian working rights
- Relevant professional insurances
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the community
