The Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join their allied health team delivering high-quality services within aged care and community settings.
This is a mobile, community-based role supporting older Australians in their homes and residential care facilities. You will play a key role in empowering clients to improve mobility, strength, balance and overall independence through evidence-based, person-centred physiotherapy interventions.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans
  • Delivering tailored interventions in community, in-home and residential aged care settings
  • Supporting clients with mobility, strength, balance, pain management and functional goals
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families and support coordinators
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, outcome tracking and quality-focused practice
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and best-practice care

Criteria
  • Qualified Physiotherapist with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience in aged care, community health or mobile service delivery (preferred)
  • Strong clinical reasoning skills and commitment to evidence-based practice
  • Ability to deliver person-centred, goal-oriented care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Relevant professional insurances
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the community
