- Base salary of $88,000 (and upwards) + super with the opportunity to earn above this through a transparent commission structure
- 40% commission available once a realistic activity threshold is met
- Commission eligibility typically achieved at around 60% utilisation , depending on appointment mix

The Role
Our client is seeking a Physiotherapist to join their modern, semi-mobile service operating across multidisciplinary practices in Central West NSW.
You will deliver evidence-based musculoskeletal care to a diverse client base while working collaboratively with other health professionals to support holistic outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Musculoskeletal assessment and treatment planning
- Delivering clinic-based, hydrotherapy, gym, workplace and home visit services
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Reporting to referrers and maintaining professional relationships
Criteria
- Degree-qualified Physiotherapist
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian working rights or permanent residency
- Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Private practice musculoskeletal experience (preferred)
