The Role:
Work as the sole on-site physiotherapist in a welcoming aged care facility in South West WA. You will provide comprehensive evidence-based physiotherapy care including pain management, mobility support, falls prevention and rehabilitation programs tailored to each resident’s needs. You will work closely with the wider team to enhance residents’ independence, promote wellbeing and support a high standard of care across the facility. This role combines autonomy with the support of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:

Degree in Physiotherapy & current AHPRA registration

Confident working independently and managing your own caseload

Compassionate person-centred approach to care
- Experience in aged care is preferred
