The role
Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents across both aged care and retirement living services. Deliver support for those returning home after a hospital stay through the Transition Care Program. Assisting with daily living, wellness and social engagement. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe welcoming environment. This role is primarily community based.
Requirements

Occupational Therapy Degree + AHPRA registration
