On Offer

Our client is seeking a motivated and dedicated Psychologist with a focus on children, adolescents, and families to join their thriving private practice. This role offers:

  • Excellent remuneration and flexible working hours to support work–life balance.

  • A diverse and established client base, working with a range of child, adolescent, and parenting challenges.

  • Frequent peer supervision opportunities within the clinic.

  • A warm, friendly team environment with highly experienced business and management support.

  • Full-time administration support, including reception and practice management, in a fully furnished, child-friendly clinic.

  • Opportunities for formal supervision with the Principal Psychologist (a Board Approved Supervisor) and/or in-house supervision for endorsement in Educational and Developmental Psychology.

The Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to further develop their professional brand, reputation, skills, and experience while delivering high-quality psychology services. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychological assessments and providing counselling for children, adolescents, and families.

  • Engaging clients effectively to foster positive outcomes in a supportive private practice setting.

Our client values collaboration and professional development, ensuring team members enjoy “busy books” and the opportunity to expand service offerings. Social functions and regular peer supervision are part of the supportive, community-oriented culture.
