Step Into a Rewarding Role as a Paediatric Physiotherapist – Make a Real Difference Every Day!

Are you a passionate paediatric physiotherapist ready to take on a full and varied caseload where your skills truly matter? Join a dedicated, supportive team in a well-equipped clinic and work with children and families in need of expert care and compassionate support. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want clinical autonomy with ample opportunity for professional growth, this role is made for you.

On Offer:

  • Competitive salary range from $75,000 to $107,000 plus superannuation
  • Professional Development Allowance
  • Travel reimbursement for community visits within 30 minutes of the clinic
  • Scheduled team-building events every quarter to foster a strong, connected workplace
  • Regular internal professional development sessions to keep your skills sharp
  • Supportive, well-resourced clinic environment with dedicated paediatric gym and play spaces
  • Administrative assistance to allow you focus on your clients
  • Potential bonuses available based on performance

The Role:
You will be the sole paediatric physiotherapist in a growing, family-oriented practice serving children aged 0-15 years. Your caseload will be a dynamic blend of private clients and NDIS participants, managing conditions such as torticollis, plagiocephaly, idiopathic toe walking, hip dysplasia, as well as neurodivergent and developmental conditions including ASD and cerebral palsy.

With the majority of consultations taking place in the clinic (approximately 85%) and occasional community sessions, you will enjoy the balance of clinical interaction and broader client engagement. Your role involves assessing, planning, and delivering tailored treatment programs with a focus on fostering confidence and independence in young clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in paediatric physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration (no limited registration)
  • NDIS Screening Check compliance
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Police Check clearance
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Medicare Provider Number
  • Current First Aid certification
