Take the lead in driving quality and impact as an Operations Manager in community programs! 

Our client is a leading LGBTQ+ community-led not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving health outcomes for diverse and underserved communities across New South Wales. With a long-standing reputation for delivering impactful health promotion, education, advocacy and support services, they are committed to creating inclusive, person-centred programs that empower individuals to live healthier, more connected lives.

On offer:
  • Locum rates including casual loading: $78.91 per hour
  • 4- 6 month contract

The role:
As Operations Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of ageing programs, ensuring services are safe, responsive, and aligned with practice standards. You’ll support team leaders and staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred home-based care. In addition, you will partner with project teams to facilitate office relocation and provide practical solutions throughout transitions. Your leadership will be essential in preparing and managing accreditation processes, maintaining Quality Improvement Plans, and driving continuous compliance and corrective actions. Championing work health and safety initiatives to create a healthy and safe workplace will also be a key focus.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple programs in diverse locations
  • Experience managing home-based care services with strong operational leadership
  • Proven experience coordinating accreditation processes such as QIP/QIC
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to supporting LGBTQ+ communities, older people, and people living with HIV
