The Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based services tailored to clients with vision and/or hearing impairments. You’ll assess, develop, and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs), working closely with clients, families, and the broader multidisciplinary team to promote skill development and achieve meaningful outcomes. Your role involves service delivery across clinical, educational, and home environments, using a person-centred approach to empower clients and their families.
You will maintain accurate and confidential records, complete required administration, and contribute actively to team goals and performance metrics. The position also includes collaboration, clinical supervision responsibilities, and ongoing professional development within the sensory disability sector.

Requirements:
  • Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification with current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience, preferably with sensory disability clients
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in varying environments
  • Understanding of NDIS framework is desirable
  • Commitment to child protection standards and continuing professional development
