The Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver tailored therapy services across the lifespan for clients funded by NDIS and Aged Care. Your caseload will be diverse, including adults and children, with some opportunities to specialize in areas such as sensory integration, wheelchair assessments, and cognitive support. You’ll provide functional and ADL assessments, develop goal-based intervention plans, recommend assistive technology, and work closely with clients, their families, and support coordinators to maximize outcomes.

You can expect a supportive environment with no KPIs or billable hour pressures quality therapy and clinician wellbeing come first. Deaf awareness training and interpreter support ensure you can confidently work with Deaf and Hard of Hearing clients, even without Auslan skills.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration or eligibility to obtain registration
  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle
