The role:
You will provide high-quality occupational therapy services including assessments, interventions, and evaluations focused on enhancing participants’ independence and community participation. Working closely with participants, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams, you will develop tailored, goal-oriented plans and recommend assistive technologies. The role involves travel to various locations to deliver client-centred care in home and community settings. Additionally, you will contribute to clinical practice improvements and quality assurance within therapy services, managing a varied caseload with support and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Occupational Therapy degree & AHPRA
- Experience with people with disabilities and relevant frameworks
- WA driver’s licence
- Police Clearance, WWC & NDIS checks
- Ability to manage mixed caseloads and work in teams
