- Salary up to $110k, plus increases for senior roles
- Flexible caseloads with 5.5 billable hours/day & some travel included
- Weekly supervision & regular support from Allied Health Manager
- $1.5k yearly PD + pathways to leadership
- Kilometres reimbursed for client travel
The role:
You will assess, diagnose, and treat NDIS clients aged 3–68 in homes, clinics, and community settings. Manage a flexible caseload, collaborate with clients and teams, facilitate groups, document progress, and coach colleagues and carers to improve outcomes. The role will have progression opportunities as the team further grows. If you have a specific area of interest there will be opportunities for a tailored caseload where possible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for work
- First Aid Cert
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
