The Role:
As the first Occupational Therapist in this growing clinic, you will play a key role delivering NDIS, aged care, and private therapy services. Your caseload will be diverse, spanning adults and paediatric clients with a variety of presentations. You’ll perform assessments including functional capacity, home modifications, SIL and SDA suitability, as well as prescribe and manage assistive technologies. Utilizing on-site gym facilities, you will support capacity building and functional rehabilitation programs.
Collaboration is central to this role, you will work closely with physiotherapy and multidisciplinary team members, contributing to clinical documentation and NDIS progress reports. Whether you are a new graduate ready for guidance or an experienced therapist with leadership aspirations, this position offers autonomy and room to grow within a flexible, hybrid work model.
Requirements:
- Registered (or eligible for registration) Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Police Check
- Medicare Provider Number or ability to obtain
