In this role, you provide high quality, evidence based occupational therapy services to clients across the lifespan. You complete assessments, interpret clinical information, and develop clear, goal focused therapy plans that support meaningful outcomes. You work closely with a multidisciplinary team, contribute to individual and group based programs, and play a part in service development and health promotion initiatives. You will also have opportunities to participate in supervision, case discussions, and support the development of junior clinicians.
You will manage a varied caseload with a strong focus on quality, organisation, and client engagement. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports, and case notes in line with professional and regulatory standards. You track progress against therapy goals, proactively manage cancellations, and complete essential administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and record keeping. Ongoing professional development, effective communication, and a collaborative, values driven approach are key to success in this role.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or relevant degree
- AHPRA Registration
- Current Drivers' License.
- Working with Children Check, Police Check, NDIS Screening Check, NDIS Orientational Module
