The role: 
As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you’ll work closely with NDIS participants to support them in reaching their personal goals and building functional independence. You’ll conduct a range of assessments including functional assessments, home modifications, assistive technology prescriptions, and equipment recommendations. You’ll also deliver tailored therapy interventions, both in-person and through home programs, all underpinned by evidence-based practice. Your reports will play a key role in shaping effective intervention strategies and must meet high clinical standards and timeframes.

This position offers flexibility to suit your preferences, supporting a healthy work-life balance and a structure that works for you. You’ll collaborate with families, support networks, and multidisciplinary teams to optimise outcomes, while maintaining accurate documentation in line with organisational standards. You’ll also be encouraged to grow professionally through ongoing development, and may supervise therapy assistants or students. Essential Criteria: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA Registration (can support limited registration)
  • Own car and unrestricted driver’s license
  • NDIS Screening Check
  • WWCC 
  • First Aid
