Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding contractor role where you can make a meaningful difference? Here’s your chance to work with a trusted team supporting adults with a variety of needs across Melbourne’s South-East. Enjoy the freedom to manage your own caseload without the pressure of billable targets, backed by strong clinical and administrative support.

On Offer:

  • Competitive pay: $90–$120 per hour (dependent on experience) or salaried option $93k–$154k plus super
  • $500 annual professional development allowance
  • Full administrative support and access to clinical resources and software
  • Flexible working hours and locations within a 30-minute radius of Melbourne’s South-East suburbs

  • Opportunities for ongoing clinical supervision and multi-disciplinary team training

The Role:
As an Occupational Therapist Contractor, you will provide client-centred assessment, capacity-building programs, and detailed reporting to support adults funded by NDIS, Medicare, and expanding Aged Care programs. Your work will involve using a wide range of assessments such as COPM, Sensory Profile, MoCA, and more, catering to clients with mental health, psychosocial, neurodevelopmental, and neurological presentations.

You will work closely with other clinicians and care teams to help participants achieve meaningful goals in their daily lives. This role offers flexibility, a varied caseload, and the chance to contribute personally meaningful outcomes without the pressure of billable targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • General AHPRA registration
  • Medicare Provider Number and ABN
  • Police Check and Working with Children Check (current or willing to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
