The role:
In this role, you will deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy services to adult participants, completing assessments and implementing interventions that support clients to achieve meaningful goals, independence, and improved wellbeing. You will manage your own caseload while ensuring documentation is accurate, outcomes are measurable, and services are delivered within agreed timeframes. Working across homes, community settings, and other environments, you will collaborate with participants, families, and stakeholders to build practical therapy plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
You will contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team environment while maintaining strong relationships with referrers, community partners, and internal colleagues. Alongside providing high-quality clinical services, you will support service growth through stakeholder engagement, promote positive client outcomes, and help maintain performance targets and service standards. You will also identify risks, contribute to continuous improvement, and play a part in strengthening team culture and service delivery quality.
Requirements- Minimum Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant discipline
- AHPRA registration
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Screening Check
- Full driving license and access to reliable vehicle
