As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll provide neuroaffirming, strengths-based therapy to children and young people, helping them build the skills and confidence to engage fully in their daily lives. You’ll independently manage a caseload, conduct assessments, set collaborative therapy goals, and develop tailored intervention plans. You’ll complete Functional Capacity Assessments, outcome reports, and support letters while ensuring your documentation meets professional and organisational standards. Collaboration is central to your role — you’ll work closely with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure consistent, holistic support across environments.
You’ll be part of a warm, multidisciplinary team that values connection, creativity, and shared learning. With a manageable caseload, full administrative support, and regular supervision, you’ll have the time and space to deliver quality therapy. You’ll also enjoy flexibility in your work setting — whether that’s in the clinic, community, schools, or homes — along with access to professional development, mentorship from neuroaffirming leaders, and opportunities to progress into senior or leadership roles as you grow.
