In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical excellence and manage day-to-day operations, including rostering, staff performance reviews, and quality assurance. You’ll foster a culture that values teamwork, high standards, and compliance with national care standards. Additionally, you will manage budgets and resources to provide efficient, safe, and high-quality services.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Degree qualification in Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Proven clinical leadership experience with strong team management skills
- Demonstrated ability to oversee budgets and coordinate staff
- Excellent communication and mentoring capabilities
- Solid knowledge of quality improvement and accreditation processes
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Desirable skills include postgraduate qualifications in Acute Care Management, HR, or Gerontology Nursing, and familiarity with the Studer Program.
