The role:
As a Nurse Team Leader - Homecare, you will provide clinical leadership and coordinate nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care are consistently met. You will manage daily operations, delegate responsibilities effectively, and provide hands-on support to your team. Your leadership will foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth.

In addition to staff supervision, you will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards, monitor patient outcomes, and implement improvements where necessary. You will act as a key point of contact between nursing staff, patients, families, and allied health professionals to facilitate seamless care delivery and promote positive patient experiences.

Requirements:
  • Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care nursing and team leadership
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Aged Care and NDIS compliance standards
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Relevant clearances: National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations as required
  • Eligibility to work unrestricted in Australia
