The Role:
As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to build your clinical skills while supporting children and adults living with disabilities to achieve meaningful goals. Working alongside experienced clinicians, you will complete assessments, develop intervention plans, and deliver evidence based therapy across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

You will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team and receive ongoing supervision, mentoring, and professional development to support your transition into practice. As your confidence and skills grow, you will take on increasing responsibility for managing your own caseload while helping individuals improve their independence, participation, and quality of life.

Requirements :
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Current or pending AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- New Graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current or willingness to obtain a Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
- Current Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
- Valid First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
