The Role:

The NDIS Plan Manager is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and client-centred plan management services to participants. This includes managing plan budgets, processing claims, paying providers, and ensuring compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding standards. You will be the key contact for participants, helping them exercise choice and control while ensuring their services and supports are delivered smoothly.

In this role, you will liaise with internal finance teams and external providers to reduce delays, validate invoices, and maintain accurate service bookings. You will also provide guidance to participants and their networks, ensuring they understand their plans and have confidence in the management of their funds. 

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience as an NDIS Plan Manager (non-negotiable)
  • Experience in the NDIS service sector with strong knowledge of NDIS Pricing Arrangements
  • Qualifications in accounting, bookkeeping, or similar are highly regarded
  • Competence with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and PRODA
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in phone communication
  • Commitment to client-focused, outcome-driven service delivery
  • Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, right to work in Australia, and vaccination compliance
