As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess clients’ functional abilities, develop tailored intervention plans, and support diverse populations, including aged care, disability, and rehabilitation clients. Your role involves working closely with clients, their families, and stakeholders to create holistic, client-centered care plans that promote independence and improved quality of life. You will also be responsible for documenting assessments and recommendations accurately and maintaining compliance with funding requirements. Travel within the Sydney area is a key aspect of the role, with a flexible delivery model to suit your lifestyle.

Key requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in aged care, disability, or community health preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
