The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will provide operational oversight and leadership across a youth-focused health and wellbeing service. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, external providers, government stakeholders and community partners to ensure accessible, high-quality and integrated service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams across community and health service programs
  • Managing day-to-day service operations and workforce coordination
  • Developing and maintaining productive stakeholder relationships
  • Monitoring service performance, compliance and quality outcomes
  • Supporting financial accountability, reporting and resource management
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and service development activities
  • Facilitating collaborative partnerships across health, community and social support sectors
  • Ensuring services remain responsive, accessible and aligned with best practice principles
About You
To be successful, you will possess:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a health, mental health, allied health or community services discipline
  • Must have AHPRA / AASW
  • Strong leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership development skills
  • Experience managing budgets, resources and operational priorities
  • Sound understanding of governance, compliance and quality frameworks
  • Ability to work independently and confidently within a regional community setting
  • Current driver's licence and relevant screening clearances
