By setting vision, building systems, and supporting your team, you’ll ensure services remain person-centred, values-driven, and financially sustainable. In this role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team, embedding a culture of coaching, empowerment, and continuous improvement. You’ll be accountable for service excellence, compliance with allied health and mental health standards, and workforce capability development through supervision, reflective practice, and cross-skilling opportunities. Beyond your internal leadership, you’ll cultivate strong partnerships across health, education, and community sectors, while also helping to position the organisation nationally as a leader in allied health and skills development. Your ability to balance leadership, innovation, and hands-on client engagement will be central to driving meaningful outcomes for clients, staff, and the wider community.
