Kickstart Your Career as a Graduate Occupational Therapist – Make a Real Difference!
Are you ready to launch your occupational therapy career in a supportive environment that values your growth and wellbeing? This is your chance to build clinical confidence, develop meaningful relationships with clients, and embrace a balanced, flexible way of working.

On Offer:

  • Competitive salary between $75,000 and $80,000 plus superannuation
  • Gradual 9-month ramp-up period to build your caseload at a comfortable pace
  • Hybrid role with clinic, community, and telehealth sessions
  • Work in a modern clinic featuring a therapy gym
  • Early Career Clinicians are also encouraged to apply
  • $2,000 professional development allowance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) access
  • Flexible work options including full-time or minimum 4 days with condensed week possibilities
  • Regular team-building and social events
  • Laptop and phone provided
  • Sponsorship available for candidates with valid Australian working rights

The Role:
As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will gain hands-on experience delivering family-centred therapy to clients with diverse needs across clinic, community, and multidisciplinary settings. You’ll focus on helping participants build independence, develop functional skills, and achieve meaningful goals—all without billable hour targets, allowing you to prioritise quality outcomes over quantity.

Your caseload will expand gradually during a structured 9-month support period, ensuring you gain confidence and clinical expertise at your own pace. Supported by a dedicated and experienced team, you’ll benefit from ongoing mentoring, supervision, and professional development. This role offers the flexibility and autonomy to develop your clinical interests and explore future opportunities in leadership, specialist practice, or management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • General AHPRA Registration
  • Police Check, NDIS Check, and Working With Children Check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
