  • Salary range $87,000 - $107,000 plus superannuation

The Role:
As a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist, you will work within a multidisciplinary therapy team to provide tailored support for children and adults with disabilities. You will have autonomy over your caseload and be supported to focus on your areas of expertise, such as AAC, dysphagia, autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. Your role involves conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with clients, families, and colleagues to improve communication and participation outcomes.

You will also contribute to quality improvement projects, mentoring junior staff, and participate in committees and professional development activities. Flexibility is key, you can choose your client mix and schedule, supported by a structured yet adaptable workflow.

Requirements:

  • Qualilfication in Speech Pathology
  • Current practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience of 2 years, with some supervision experience preferred
  • Compliance with NDIS clearance, Working with Children Check, and police checks
  • Current driver’s licence to support local travel demands
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
