The Role:
As General Manager (Operations), you will oversee operational performance across multiple sites, leading a team of managers and staff in delivering high-quality aged care, home care, and community services.
Your focus will be on driving continuous improvement, optimizing workflows, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. You will play a key role in transforming organizational strategies into measurable outcomes, fostering a people-first culture, and strengthening stakeholder relationships within the sector.
Requirements:
- Proven senior leadership experience in aged care, healthcare, or similar regulated services
- Experience managing multi-site operations with significant workforce and budgets
- Strong track record of operational performance improvement and organizational change
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage stakeholder relationships
- Relevant qualifications in health, management, or related fields (desirable)
- Australian working rights and willingness to travel regularly
