The role:

As General Manager Clinical & Service Quality, you will lead the development and implementation of clinical performance, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks. Your focus will be on embedding contemporary, person-centred practices that promote sustainable growth and regulatory excellence.

You will oversee diverse teams including allied health, compliance, and clinical excellence managers across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include driving quality measurement and risk mitigation processes, empowering leaders to build workforce capability, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and sector reputation.

Requirements:

  • A Registered Nurse with full AHPRA 
  • Additional qualifications in management, leadership or business are desirable
  • Significant management experience in clinical leadership within aged care, disability, or community services
  • Proven ability in designing and implementing quality and compliance strategies in large, dispersed teams
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and building team culture
  • Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders and managing contracts or funding negotiations
  • Driver’s licence
  • Recent National Police Clearance
  • Key Personal Insolvency Clearance
  • Commitment to safeguarding children and compliance with all regulatory requirements
