You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential aged care facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements. Partnering closely with clinical and operational teams, you will drive financial performance, optimize staffing, and enhance resident satisfaction. Your leadership will cultivate a positive culture that motivates and retains skilled staff while building strong relationships with stakeholders in the community. Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in residential aged care management
- Strong operational and financial management skills
- Passion for delivering quality care and empowering teams
- Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Postgraduate qualification in Health Management or a related field is desirable
- Ability to travel within the region as required
