FIFO Occupational Therapist (Regional SA | Permanent)

On Offer:
- $100,000 plus super
- 1 week on, 1 week off roster
- Salary increasing to $110,000 plus super (post probation) and $120,000 plus super (12 months)
- Flights, accommodation, vehicle + fuel provided while on rotation
- $1,000 PD allowance + 10 hours PD leave
- Bonus structure: $100 weekly when KPI is met and $60/hour above KPI
- Custom CRM for notes, billables, KPI and reminders, plus strong online team support
The Role:
You’ll deliver evidence-based Occupational Therapy in community settings (homes, schools and other local environments) on a 1 week on / 1 week off roster, with a mixed caseload across the lifespan. The work includes assessments, therapy planning and support that drives practical, meaningful outcomes.
You’ll be expected to manage your diary confidently, work autonomously, and maintain high-quality documentation aligned to NDIS expectations. Experience with functional capacity assessments, assistive technology and home modifications will be highly valued.
Requirements:
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- General AHPRA registration
- Current driver’s licence
- NDIS Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
