The role
The Facility Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the care home, overseeing clinical standards, staff management, and financial performance. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, promote person-centred care, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the quality of life for residents. The role involves strategic planning, compliance with legislative standards, and fostering a positive organisational culture.
Requirements:
- Relevant management experience in aged care or health administration
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of aged care standards, funding, and compliance
- Postgraduate qualifications in health administration, business, or related fields (preferred)
- Current National Police Certificate and Driver’s Licence
- Ability to meet Aged Care Act Key Personnel requirements
